تحذير من النصب والاحتيال في القرعة الأمريكية

لقد أصبحنا نسمع كثير من الشباب يتوصلون برسائل عبر بريدهم الإكتروني مفادها :استكمال إجراءات الفوز في القرعة الأمريكية وأداء مبالغ مالية كبيرة تصل إلى 800 دولارا أمريكيا، مع العلم أن أداء رسوم القرعة الأمريكية يكون فقط في القنصلية لقيمة 330 دولارا فقط، و165 دولارا أخرى تؤدى من خلال موقع إلكتروني رسمي خاص بذلك.

ولم يقم مركز كنتاكي والقنصليات الأمريكية عبر العالم بنشر خبر مفاده : الزيادة على الرقم 50.000، أو المناداة على الفائزين ذوي الرقم فوق 50.000، ولن يقوم أصلا بذلك، فالأرقام تمّ تحديدها بشكل نهائي.

والغريب والخطير في هذه الرسائل المشبوهة أنها تتضمن أسماء حقيقية للفائزين وغير الفائزين، وهذا النوع من الرسائل يتوصل به الناس بشكل دائم عبر بريدهم الإلكتروني، وغالبا يكون مصدرها من دول إفريقية، ودول أوروبا الشرقية، حيث يقومون باختراق المواقع الرسمية بتقنيات معلوماتية معروفة لدى المخترقين (Hackers)، مثل :Injection SQL ويحصلون على الأسماء وعناوينها الإكترونية بسهولة، وغيرها من الحيل والخدع والإيهامات.

وللأسف وقع ضحية هذه الخدع كثير من الشباب وتمّ النصب على أموالهم.

كما أنبّه أن الرسالة الرسمية الثانية تتضمن فقط: تحديد موعد مقابلة الفائز في القنصلية بشكل جد مختصر، ولا تتضمن أي معلومات غير ذلك مثل أداء الرسوم بالدولار، وغيرها من المتطلبات، وهذه الرسالة تكون في الموقع الرسمي الخاص بالهجرة الأمريكية، والذي يتمّ فيه معرفة الفائزين من غيرهم لأول مرّة.

 بعبارة أخرى: يتغير مضمون الصفحة التي تُعلم بالفوز إلى مضمون آخر يحدد موعد المقابلة.

أما مصدر الرسالة الحقيقية التي تصل إلى البريد الإكتروني، فمصدرها معروف، وعنوانها الإلكتروني هو:noreply@state.gov

، ومضمون الرسالة هو: إخبار الفائز بالرجوع للموقع الرسمي لمعرفة موعد المقابلة فقط.

فالحذَرَ الحذَرَ، والقانون لا يحمي المغفلين.
